Chicken Puffs
I love this recipe it is so tasty! Definitely not an every day thing as it is so rich-- maybe next time I can try it with tuna fish & mayonnaise, yumm. :-)
I'd also like to say that:
-at 325* it has to stay longer than 12 minutes. Could depend on the oven because some of the newer models have different settings for each level the pan is on. I had mine in for 20 min and decided to raise to 375* as that is what the crescent rolls instructions say.
-The chicken of course should be seasoned. I don't ever cook anything w/o seasoning the meat. I added some adobo, black pepper, a little salt, 1 packet of sazon, maggi chicken bouillon seasoning, and a little sprinkle of Mrs.Dash's Italian seasoning mix.
-Don't add the liquid after cooking the chicken into the cream cheese & butter mixture as it would be way too runny.
