Semi-Homemade Stuffing

Made this again this year - many compliments. This is a great stuffing that tastes like you spent a long time putting it together, when you spend little time in the kitchen with this. Yummy!!

Cucumber Salad I

A favorite for movie time or as a snack between meals. I use this sometimes as an appetizer before tacos or serve with the large Fritos for when there are a bunch of kids over. They really like it (-minus the black olives, lol).

Chicken Fried Chicken

This is the only fried chicken recipe I was ever able to make correctly and have the flavor I was looking for. I do use the cutlets with this recipe but every time the chicken comes out wonderful.

Black Bean And Corn Salad II

This is a pretty good salad and sometimes I will add some chicken if I want meat with it. I personally like it without anything added better. Sometimes I chop the ingredients up small and serve with my tacos or as a dip too when we are in the mood for something different as a snack.

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

One of our favorites!! My boyfriend tells me he prefers my quesadillas to any restaurant and requests them often. We usually both say "Mmmm" when we eat.

Pumpkin Cake III

Cream Cheese Frosting II

This is a great frosting for the holiday's when you are baking more than one cake. I used this for my Red Velvet and my Pumpkin cake for my family's Christmas Dinner. They all loved the frosting and the cakes. Thanks to those who contribute to make allrecipes.com so great!!

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

I make these for my boyfriend and it is one of his favorites. He used to love the Cracker Barrel ones and now loves this recipe. I do add corn flakes to the top layer for a crunchy effect and it works great.

Excellent!! My boyfriend loves this recipe. His mom used to make them for him all the time when he was growing up and he said he preferred mine over moms! Simple to make and gets rave reviews. Try it - you won't be sorry.

Pork Chops in Tomato Sauce
