Easy Pizza Sauce II
Easy and then some...I do suggest a bit of tomato paste if you have it available. We use a concentrated brand that comes in a tube that looks like toothpaste (no joke), and it's reusable so there is no waste.

Jennifer's Granola
Perfect recipe. One idea that works well for me too - heat the oil and honey (and maybe some maple syrup too...just a little) in the microwave and add it to the mixture. it keeps the granola soft and nice in texture

Hummus I
Excellent but I would suggest adding 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, and also a bit of water to enhance the flavor and make it creamier.
