Fish Tacos
TACOS/FISH:
UPDATE: Made these a second time and noticed the flour I had used was "better for bread" flour. Well there was my problem! So I went and got a proper all purpose flour and these were just perfect perfect perfect! I cooked mine till they are a little darker than needed because I like it extra crispy. These were a total hit with everyone I made them for!!
ORIGINAL: Made recipe exactly as described. At first I tasted a fish taco right after i took it out, w/out any taco fixins. I was kind of bummed cuz it seemed almost doughy. However, once put in a taco w/ sauce and cabbage, etc, it was PERFECT. It's not a fish n chips type batter, but its awesome and I'll make it again.
SAUCE: Made exactly as shown. I made that first and let it sit in the fridge to let the flavors merge and it was SO good. Used it the next day for grilled fish tacos as well. I'll prob make this sauce for other stuff too, i loved it!
