Loved this bread! put into muffin tins and used walnuts instead of pecans. Turned out great and they were gobbled up. Only problem- they tended to stick to the paper liners, next time will pam the tin and try it that way. Yummy!

Fried salmon patties have been a favorite with our family but our old recipe will be replaced with this fantastic dish! followed the recipe exact and they turned out GREAT! Everyone loved them. Froze the leftovers and they were just as good a week later! Just the right spice and baked is so much better for you than fried.

Everyone loved this dish. I even forgot to roll the kabobs in almonds and it was still a keeper. served over fried rice with grilled corn. Marinated several hours and followed the recipe for a great result.
