Well, I am from South Carolina. Because of the beautiful weather here, we take pride in our grilling and BBQ. I am usually in the kitchen cooking side dishes while my boyfriend is perfecting the meat on the grill. We also enjoy experimenting with different types of food. I have to say this is one of the best recipe sites, because of all of the honest reviews!I refernce it just about 4-5 times a week. I usually create my own dishes, but use recipes for ideas. I love cooking anything that is a challenge. My usuals are anything Italian, sauces, marinades, and side dishes. My whole family loves to cook. So, we are constantly battling it out in the kitchen! My boyfriend raves about my spaghetti!We usually work aas a team on cooking meals, so I have to give him some credit too! We have definitley mastered ribs, steaks, meatloaf, and kabobs! Over cooking meat! It is such a dissapointment.
