I can't say enough about this chicken, my family absolutely raved about it and they are very picky. A friend of mine tried it and said it was the best chicken recipe he had ever tasted. Wonderful! KNewman

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is quite a good recipe, I did find quite a bit of fat that came to the top of the slow cooker but after I was careful to remove it, the meat was very tender and the gravy was delicious.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have been making various chocolate chip cookies all my life and I really think these are the best! I especially like the fact that after 3 days in the cookie jar they still taste good.

Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta

I had my neighbors over for dinner and decided to try this recipe. It was a big hit. I did make two changes, adding onions along with the garlic and chopping the sundried tomatoes (a must), both changes worked out well. Definitely a "keeper"

Slow Cooker Fifteen Bean Soup

This recipe definitely makes alot. I had to use 2 crock pots. I found it to be just okay and I wouldn't make it again. With the onions, cabbage, 15 kinds of beans it is definitely one to give you gas.
