Broccoli Stuffing

I rated this a one because my niece, nephew, and dtr liked it. I must have done something wrong. The stuffing was very dry on top of the broccoli. The mixture was clumpy.

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

I had to make a few changes. I put in 2 cups of hot water with a vegetable buillion cube disolved in it and dry wild mushrooms as I didn't have Condensed mushroom soup. All of the kids loved this recipe!

Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins

I agree, the topping is not needed for these moist, sweet muffins. Very nice flavor. I believe the regular recipe would make 12 regular sized muffins. I doubled it to make more for a class snack.
