Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

i doubled the recipe except i only added 1 stick of butter instead of two (i just couldn't add that extra stick). i softened the cream cheese and butter at room temp for 1 hour. easy to form and everyone loved it.

i agree with previous reviewers -- it is more of a cake in a pie plate. nonetheless, it looks pretty, it is easy to make and it tastes delicious.

WOW! such an easy dessert and a beautiful presentation. superb taste with a perfect combination of spices. made as stated but had a slightly thicker cheesecake base layer.

Burrito Pie

i used 1 pound of ground turkey in place of the beef and omitted the olives and chili peppers. i took the suggestion of happywife05 and used 2 tortillas per layer instead of one. end result was delicious with enough left over to freeze. will definitely make again and maybe add some corn to the mixture.

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

these are delicious cupcakes with a perfect blend of spices. based on other reviews i did use 1 and 3/4 cup of pumpkin. the frosting is incredible with a hint of cinnamon (would be excellent on cinnamon rolls)!

wow! i never thought i would find a chocolate chip cookie recipe that would rival the one i have been using for years. i may go so far as to say this may become my recipe of choice! the only change i made was to increase the oven temp to 350 and i baked them for 15 minutes. YUM!

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

it does yield a very flaky crust, but because it is so flaky, it doesn't hold its shape well once cut -- which doesn't really matter since you are going to eat it anyway i guess. i used unsalted butter in place of the shortening, next time i will use salted butter instead.

Herbed Greek Roasted Potatoes with Feta Cheese

HOLY SMOKES! these potatoes are fabulous -- perhaps the best i have ever made. i put these in a cast iron skillet on the grill, covered with foil, and let them bake for 40 minutes. the feta adds such a nice subtle flavor to these. this will be my go to potato recipe from now on. thanks so much cyndi.

Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

this is a fantastic simple marinade! i did double the honey and lime juice, but i would add a touch more lime juice next time. i also added a few shakes of lemon pepper. these flavors blend so well together.

FABULOUS! wow, these are awesome. i used 1/2 cup white and 1/2 cup wheat flour, next time i may try all wheat. i baked them for 10 minutes.
