I also loved this recipe. I the caramel sauce is great, but a little goes a long way in my opinion! I agree can't wait to try with other fruits!

Okay, I agree with a lot of people. I used twice as many jalapenos and next time will use just a few more. I would make ahead and let sit for a bit. And I definitely made mine in the oven which is my personal preference. I thought it was best served with bread. Thought the combo with tortilla chips was a bit salty. Everyone was in love with it!

This had an excellent taste! Although using the "good" ingredients (i.e. fresh basil, sundried tomatoes) can be a little more expensive...it is worth it. I added fresh mozz. cheese to the top- just a little was needed. I would suggest to top your toast points right before serving as it can get soggy sitting for a bit.
