Banana Cranberry Muffins
This recipe is great! Followed everything, except didn't have shortening so used margarine...turned out perfect! Thanks!

Ham and Cheese Bowties
I sauteed fresh sliced fresh mushrooms, cut up red pepper & fresh green beans with chopped garlic. Added ham to this and then added all to sauce. I didn't have the colby cheese, so I melted cheddar and mozza slices into the sauce and then shredded a marble cheese on top. Turned out great! Next time I will try fresh broccoli or asparagus.
