Red Velvet Cake
Great taste! I fell in love with red velvet after making this! I followed a few suggestions below but overall wonderful!

Cream Cheese Frosting II
Came out very runny and wouldnt set. the flavor was great. I added it to a red velvet cake. By the time we got to the cookout the 2 tier cake had fallen apart.

Pumpkin Cookies V
It made about 60 cookies. Next time I will cut them recipe in half becuase I still threw away half the batter. My kids loved these cookies! Even without the icing they are delicious! It took my four boys less than 24 hours to eat them all!
