Magic Peanut Butter Middles

Finally a homeade cookie recipe that turned out great! I am not a baker (would rather cook a three course meal), but these cookies were easy and delicious. The only think I did different was took another reviewers advice and added a TBSP of sour cream to the chocolate mixure to prevent drying and refrigerated the peanut butter mixture prior to covering with chocolate batter. A++

Wouldn't change a thing! Delish! The recipe made more sauce than needed, so froze and used for spaghetti sauce... YUMMY!

Manicotti Alla Romana

Delish!!! Substituted hot italian sausage for beef and I didn't cook the spinach first, just defrosted in the microwave and it turned out great. Also, I used large shells instead of manicotti. Definitely a KEEPER!
