I LOVE to cook, especially for others! I frequently make lunch for all of my co-workers... My boyfriend of 8 years and I are always trying new recipes in the kitchen, on the grill, and in the dutch oven while camping! We also make a lot of homemade pizzas! I LOVE to cook Mexican enchiladas and Italian dishes like Lasagna bolognese or manicotti. Every once in a blue moon, I go for Asian dishes such as lumpia and pancit! I would have to say that even though I stink at baking, I can make a great cheesecake! Lasagna bolognese, though a lot of work - has turned out delish and worth all the work! Though not a tragedy; The first time I cooked my boyfriend a baked chicken it was upside down in the pan! He still talks about that to this day....
