I love cooking and enjoy decorating my plates and foods. I love to invent things and build on regular recipes. Nothing really... I love cooking so I make anything work! Once when I was making glazed squash I told my daughter to keep stirring the sugar mixture for 3 minutes, she understood to mix it IN 3 minutes so I left and she left and all of a sudden I hear and smell burning...I run to the kitchen and then I see a colum of smoke coming from the pan, and I, in panic put water in it...more smoke...All I have left to do is take it outside...luckily nothing serious happend and the squash tasted excellent after we did it again!
