Pastas, stir fry's, new chicken recipes My mom mostly cooked mexican food which oddly enough, is my weakest cuisine. So I can't say I keep any of her traditions when it comes to cooking. I just learned to cook lumpia, which is a filipino/guam eggroll. I grew up eating these at my church and they are SO good. I never thought I'd see the day I could make my own egg rolls! Anything dessert! I am not good at desserts, cookies, cakes...you name it. Don't know why, but they never come out right.
