Stuffed Zucchini
I made this for my family last week, and everybody RAVED!!! Totally the best! Now I don't have to worry about what to do with all the zucchini my daughter is growing in her garden!!!

Blend of the Bayou
Outstanding!!! My husband and I loved this recipe. The only thing I changed was I added melted butter to the crackers instead of the cheddar cheese, and put them on top the last 5 minutes of baking. What a great recipe, can't wait to share it!
