Rice-so-Nice
My family absolutely loves this recipe. Just a few tips however, keep an eye on it. Everyone's oven temps vary and you will want to make sure there is enough liquid in there to keep the rice moist enough to get it completely done. I had to play around with mine a bit to get the time and the liquid amount just right. Also, be sure to spray the bottom of your pan really good to keep it from sticking. Once you figure out the time/liquid ratio for your oven this rice turns out wonderful and has a terrific flavor.

German Chocolate Cake III
My husband asked for a German chocolate cake for his birthday so I found this recipe. Everyone was raving over it. But it was quite difficult, I will admit. It was worth it since it was for his birthday, but if you don't really have a lot of time to devote to all the steps or are not really good at following directions then just go buy a cake mix. This is definitely not for beginners.

Chicken As You Like It
This was an alright sauce. Wasn't really that fantastic but was ok for something different to do to chicken. Not sure we will be using this again though.
