Strawberry Cheesecake
this was amazing! I used chocolate cookies for the crust, but did everything else according to the directions. it was a huge hit.

Awesome Eggplant Rollatine
good stuff. baked my eggplant instead of frying it and had steamed fresh spinach on the side instead if in it. very tasty

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies from Heaven
i make these all the time and they are always a hit! I usually add more peanut butter and a little less flour. also the last couple of times i used whole wheat flour and that was tasty
