Cream of Tomato Soup
We did not like this. The onions were overpowering (even with a lot of cooking beforehand) and the soup just wasn't creamy enough. I'd rather put in the extra work to make a good creamy soup or just eat the canned stuff.

Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff
added roasted garlic, a dash of soy sauce, and served over whole wheat penne. also used dried parsley instead of fresh. the boyfriend loved it, but i thought it did call for WAY too much sour cream.

Bela's Potato and White Bean Chowder
Really yummy and filling! I left out the bacon bits and celery salt because I didn't have any, but it still had a lot of flavor. I also subbed Earth Balance for the butter to make it vegan. Thanks!
