Fantastic! I made this for a potluck party last night and it was gone very quickly. Hubby asked if I could make it again tonight! Can do!

Creamy Cheese Bread

Excellent! A tad on the salty side, but very yummy and versatile. We used co-jack rather than Swiss in the two times we have made it, but will definately try it with Swiss next time. Thanks!

Teri Tips

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2009
My family really likes this recipe. I do follow the recipe as written and we don't find it too sweet. I usually serve this with blander sides, like simple buttered noodles, but am going to side it with baked potatoes tonight. Should be awesome!!! PS: when I first told my six year old that we were going to have teriyaki steak for dinner, he thought I said "Dirty Yucky Steak", so that's what we call it now :)

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2009
When reading the ingredients, I did think at first the combination was kind of bizarro sounding, but it turned out pretty good. A tiny bit on the rich side, which sometimes doesn't go over too well with my boys, but they both thought it was good too. Thanks!!!

Apricot Chicken I

Reviewed: May 7, 2008
I was a little skeptical, I must admit, when I read the ingredients and some of the reviews. I was feeling adventurous though, and gave it a try. I am so glad I did! The only thing I did different was used thighs instead of breasts (what I had on hand) and used one packet of the onion soup mix rather than one and a half. Some of the best chicken ever turned out of my kitchen!!! Even my EXTREMELY picky five year old liked it. Thanks for the great recipe!

Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2007
We all really liked these pancakes. My DH claimed that he thought it was like eating a really soft chocolate chip cookie, so next time I might back off the sugar a touch. My 5 year old loved these, which is great because he'll get the large quantity of frozen leftovers for breakfast this week. Thanks for the great recipe!!!

We really enjoyed this recipe. I did substitute sour cream for the milk, and added a tiny bid of chopped red onion just for flavor. Thanks for sharing!!!

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: May 10, 2007
This was excellent! Thanks for the post. I tented the pork when it was finished while I attended to the potatoes and veggies..and it was a little dry by the time we ate the pork, but that was my fault. I will definitely make this again, and no tenting next time!!! Thank you!

Tomato Bacon Grilled Cheese

Reviewed: May 9, 2007
Thanks for posting this recipe. It inspired me to really expand the "grilled cheese & soup" meal that I fall back on when short on time. Last night we added onion, avacado, turkey, spinach and cilantro.

Southwestern-Flavored Ground Beef or Turkey for Tacos & Salad

Reviewed: May 8, 2007
We really liked this recipe. I scaled it back because it was for only the two of us, so three pounds of meat would have been way too much. It was a nice change to our taco rotation. Thanks for sharing!

Unstuffing Side Dish

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2007
We made this last night to accompany bone-in pork chops with a mustard vermouth pan sauce and kale with pine nuts. It made an excellent combination. We used a variety of bread cubes that had been left overs and frozen. Put them in a 200 degree oven for about 30 minutes and they were perfect. Did use a little more chicken stock, just because we all like our dressing more moist. Thanks so much for sharing!!!
