I started cooking when I met my fiance. We moved acrossed the world and I missed the food back at home so I started trying to make everything I missed and became passionate about cooking. Sometimes it is tough to replicate some of the things because I dont have access to some of the ingredients here that the recipes call for, but it only makes me better rounded as a cook because I can deal with just about anything now. My passion really kicked started when my Grandmother bought me the traditional Better Homes New Cook Book which is a replica of the oldest edition. I am in the process of obtaining as much knowledge as possible in cooking. I love trying new recipes, but lately I have been very interesting in baking. Making yeast bread. I was avoiding it and researching and then I just did it and it came out amazing. Now I bake everyday, and love it.
