Baked Apricot Chicken
This recipe is super easy and THAT makes it appealing to me. I used thighs and removed the skins like some other reviewers did. The sauce cooked down, dark & delicious; I served it with rice. Next time I will try Russian Dressing to compare flavors. Adding fresh garlic is also good, as others have previously pointed out. Thank you, Jeanne for an easy tasty family meal.

Deviled Chicken Breasts
Great flavor, I also made small changes to suit my family, I used flour vs bread crumbs, skipped the savory, used fresh mushrooms, and used Dijon mustard vs yellow mustard. I reduced the sauce in a skillet; thank you for a terrific recipe.

Pineapple Chicken
I adjusted this for my family and I believe it made for a better dish, please let me share what I did. #1 I added less than the called-for amount of onion soup mix, #2 I added Kikkoman soy sauce #3 fresh garlic #4 brown sugar, I mixed the above with pineapple and juice then poured it over chicken. It baked golden, carmely brown. I served w/white rice. this was wonderful will make again, thank you for a great recipe base.
