Italian Bread Wedges
This was great! I used the stand mixer and it was so easy. Used garlic mixed with earth balance (vegan margarine. That's the only change I made. The second time, I added pizza sauce and cheese and it made a great pizza.

Stephan's Broiled Salmon Pesto
I used less pesto than the recipe called for, and still thought it was plenty. Just enough to coat the salmon. I covered it with pecan panko (bread crumbs) - baked at 375 for 15 min then broiled for about 5. It was crispy on top, and the salmon very moist. Can't tell you how it was cold, there were no leftovers!

White Bread For The Bread Machine
I use olive oil and coarse sea salt, but no other changes. This is an amazing recipe. It makes the best peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. yum! I ran out of bread flour the other day and used 2 cups bread flour and one cup whole wheat. It was pretty good too, but not as soft.
