Well lets see started cooking out of need to surive and wound up loving now i cook for sheer enjoyment and relaxation anything my favorite way to cook is start with and idea or a theme and lets see where it goes Mostly italian But there is saying in my house if it sounds good and goes togehter it porbaly will end up on your plate bon apite Thia cooking it is a very special blend of spicy and bland dishes one that has to be mixed right to achive the balance I have had a few but one that was a total disater was when i cooked wild rice in wine not sure why but the rice didnt cook and it absored all the wine big pot of yuck
