Penne and Vodka Sauce
I have another tomato vodka recipe which I love, so I was skeptical. This is way easier to make. However, this was packed full of flavor. I also used onion. Will make again.

Mexican Chicken I
Yum. I make this a lot because it's healthy and I keep the ingredients on hand. Even my kids love it. They call it "Power Chicken." We stir the beans into the salsa. Excellent recipe. Thank you.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp
Excellent. My very picky husband who only likes the best of the best said this one's a keeper. Didn't change a thing. Marinated about 45 minutes. Thank you for an excellent, easy recipe.
