Chicken Chili Soup
Doubled this for a large group. Used dry beans (pinto and black) and simmered in 2 crock pots all day. I was very happy with the result.

Linguine with Chicken and Sauteed Vegetables
Love this recipe! Our grocery store sells a fresh pre-chopped assortment of stir-fry veggies, and any time it's on sale I make this dish. If I use canned chicken it's even faster.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Did everyone else's turn out flat as pancakes? Still absolutely delicious though. They stay soft, even in the freezer.
