Black Bean Lasagna I
I really enjoyed this recipe. Instead of the canned tomato sauce, I just used a jar of pasta sauce to give it a little more flavor (since people had said that it was a little bland) and it worked out perfectly.

Allie's Mushroom Pizza
This was pretty good, and very simple (which is good for a recent college grad like myself who wants to get away from microwaved food and doesn't have a lot experience with much else).
