Sesame Beef
Very good. I doubled the sauce but added red pepper flakes and 1-1/2 to 2 Tbs of fresh, minced ginger and corn starch to thicken. Added asparagus, red bell pepper, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. Turned out very good.

Creme Brulee I
I was really disappointed, the custard never set up over night. Ended up dumping it out after 18 hours of chill time. Ended up making another recipe that is baked and that worked out quite nicely.

Party Potatoes
mmm, mmm good! Everyone loved this dish and it is really quite easy to put together. It is going into the recipe collection and will be made time and again!
