My favorite things to cook
I absolutely love to bake. I've been baking for as long as I can remember. And I like to make Italian foods, too, like pasta.
My cooking triumphs
The first meal that I made by myself was Tomato, Basil, and Cheese Baked Pasta that I got from a Rachael Ray cook book. My family loved it, and so did I.

Yellow Cake Made from Scratch
WOW, what a great recipe! I made this for my grandmother's birthday, and used french vanilla icing. (store bought.) Everyone loved it!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
The dough was tasty, but the cookies were rock-solid. But these were very easy, and I might make them again.
