Cake Mix Cookies IV
Very Easy! I used a lemon cake mix and added 1 teaspoon of lemon peel to the mixture. To finish it, I made icing using powdered sugar, dash of lemon juice, and splash of milk (not too runny). Then I added a dab of the icing to the top of each cookie. Pretty and delicious!

Calico Beans
This has always been a favorite of mine! I did change a few ingrediants, though. We are trying to reduce our cholesterol, so I used ground chicken instead beef. It was delicious and barely changed the taste. Next time I will try turkey bacon instead of pork. I also added 2 Tbsp. of Molasses and 1 cup of ketchup. I accidentally opened black beans instead of kidney beens. I think any combination of beans work, but don't ever leave out the butter beans! Everyone who had a serving enjoyed thoroughly.

Avocado-Mango Salsa
WOW! This was Yummy! I do not like hot or spicy dishes and this was sweet and wonderful... but not too sweet. I added the juice of a lime, less onion, and chopped up some grape tomatoes I had on hand. I'll be serving it as a side to my grilled chicken tonight, if it lasts that long! Enjoy...
