My cooking tragedies
hmmm... too much salt in rice under cooked brown rice And burnt pork chops (although not my falut!) My husband didn't turn off the slowcooker.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
This recipe was really good. I chopped the garlic before adding it to the pan. My hubby loved it too.

Mama's Best Broiled Tomato Sandwich
This was a great recipe! it was so easy to make that my husband took over making it. Very fresh taste. We like using fresh herbs and i think it enhanced the flavor a lot

Honey Baked Chicken II
This was very good. I also added some saffron disoved on hot water to give it more flavor (not that it lacked any!) It was wonderful and really easy to make. I also took the suggestion from another reviwer and cooked covered for 30 min and uncover for 40. I broild the chicken for 2 min. to get the nice brown color. Very yummy!
