These were easy to make, and "okay". But we weren't too crazy about the huge amount of filling. In the future, I will do my usual filling of sugar, cinnamon, and a bit of brown sugar. I will use this recipe when I want a quicker cinnamon roll. Otherwise, we much prefer our family recipe of Potato Cinnamon Buns. Also, I baked them in a 9 x 13 pan, rather than the muffin pan. Just seemed easier for me to stick to my usual method.
