Greek Pasta Salad
This is very easy, and delicious. Took it to a family get-together and it disappeared quickly, and people asked for the recipe. The first time I made it, I used a red pepper and a yellow pepper; the green pepper was way too expensive at my supermarket. I also cut back on the amount of the peppers that I add: approximately half of the green and half of the red. This will be a favorite.

Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Pie
I didn't care for the eggs. That seemed out-of-place to me. Otherwise, it was okay. Husband liked it.

Grandma's Rhubarb Torte
This was very good, and a bit different. A great way to use up an abundance of rhubarb. Shared w/ in-laws and they loved it. Leftovers were a nice treat the next day, too.
