Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing
Not sure what all the great reviews are about. I found this to be so blah. It has no flavor and definately not near professional quality. I did follow the recipe exactly.

Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting
Excellent frosting!! Great consistency. Made it for a birthday cake and all the kids and adults LOVED it. Definately a keeper!!
