Garlic Pickled Eggs
I enjoy these eggs. My husband hates them! Just so you know, 12 eggs, one onion, etc. don't fit into the jar called for! No way! You need to either use a bigger jar, two jars, or less ingredients. The onions turn white. The eggs get very rubbery. I think it's a yummy treat from the standard hard boiled egg. I will make these again even though I'm the only one who will eat them!

Molasses Sugar Cookies
Yummy! I wouldn't call them sugar cookies though! They are really ginger snap cookies! I love ginger snaps! If you are looking for a sugar cookie, then I don't think you want this recipe. However, if you like ginger snaps, then I think you will enjoy these! The perfect combo of chewy & soft. This is a keeper!

Cranberry-Pumpkin Cookies
I followed the recipe exactly. These were very tasty fresh out of the oven. Very slight crisp to the edges & very soft everywhere else. I was very happy with them until I tried one the next day. It was so soft, almost soft & moist enough to break apart. I took a bite. No taste. Bland. Not appealing at all. I gave it to the chickens. My husband says he likes them but it's taking him a long time to eat them...
