this was a dish that has a lot of potential, it was very filling, but not too heavy. the medley of vegetables was very nice also; sadly, it severely lacked any flavor, it needs a couple of spices.

i was very sad after reading all the rave reviews, and then trying this cake. it was a very thin batter, so i had to cook it longer than it called for in order for it to be sufficiently cooked in the center. this made the edges all chewy. The taste was really bland, it needed more chocolate, and maybe a little less vinegar, the taste of it didn't cook all the way out. It was VERY easy to make though, i probably had it all mixed up in about five minutes, and the cleanup was a cinch, but the end result was sadly lacking. i was disappointed, i don't think i'll be making this again.

this was really good! i love cheese in salads, so i was very grateful for this recipe. i added less soy sauce, just because i don't care for it as much, i probably would have made less dressing overall, as well.
