Pan-Fried Asparagus
This was awesome. I made a few changes, I used butter flavored cooking spray instead of butter, 1 T olive oil instead of 2 T and I added a little garlic at the end. It was phenomenal!!!

Apple Butter Pork Loin
This was fabulous!!! I followed the recipe exactly except I adjusted the cooking time. The tenderloin was very moist and flavorful. I served it with baked apples, wild rice and grilled asparagus. Excellent, Excellent and Excellent!!
