Juicy Roasted Chicken

I've used this recipe several times over the past year. Very easy and delicious every time.

Omitted the ginger since I didn't have any but added some chopped onions. Marinated about 3 hours and baked as directed. It tasted FABULOUS. So tender, so juicy. This will be used again and may even be used with different meats. Yum!

Onion-Rubbed Flank Steak

Adequate flavor but not outstanding. My husband claimed to like it but leftovers were left untouched in the refrigerator.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

The smell of the cream of chicken soup with the dry Italian-style dressing made our house smell terrible. As it cooked, it did not get much better. I believe IF I make this again, I will use a can of chicken broth and a can of cream of mushroom. No one in my family liked the flavor of this recipe.
