Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Orzo
This recipe is very, very good!! The only change I made was to add about 2 cloves of fresh garlic to the tomatoes and basil in the food processor and it made it absolutely amazing! I make the full eight servings and enjoy day after day as it's perfect as a dinner side dish as well as great addition to lunch at work!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp
Incredible!! When I made this, I just wanted simple grilled shrimp and didn't think I would like the tomato sauce marinade... but given all the reviews, I had to try it. And I'm so glad I did!! I can't believe how amazing this recipe is! I'm glad I made extra! I marinated the shrimp for about 45 minutes and eye balled most of the ingredients and it turned out fantastic! I did use quite a bit more fresh garlic and did not brush the marinade on the shrimp while grilling. Thank you for the great recipe! I will make over and over again!

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli
Like most everyone else said, this recipe is awesome! I did make a few changes I think only made it better: 1. I used about 3 cloves of garlic as I L-O-V-E garlic 2. I added just a pinch of red pepper flakes when tossing with garlic and oil 3. I sprinkled the finished broccoli with some parmesean cheese. I have to say I personally ate ALL the broccoli because it was so good! Thanks for the great, simple, healthy recipe!!
