Baked Blueberry French Toast
I was completely disappointed with the end result. Too boring and too mushy on the bottom. Not worth the time.

Aztec Salsa
Very tasty! Also, simple to make. The downside is the cost. You could easily slip in some type of pepper for a little kick.
