Sylvia's Ribs
I didnt add the Steak Sauce (didnt have any) and didnt put any hot sauce (my preference) and I absolutely loved these ribs. Sauce was fantastic! Make sure you cover the bottom of your baking pan in tinfoil before making these saucy ribs...otherwise its a pain to clean up - lesson learned.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
I made this, as others suggested, using sour cream in lieu of mayonnaise, the rest of the recipe I followed exactly. It's good, I suppose, but I don't like it enough to make it again. It feels like its missing some flavour (maybe because of the sour cream?) and the texture was a little thicker than I normally like.

Cheesy Sausage Pasta
This was very tasty but I had some trouble getting the sauce to thicken. I ended up using more cheese and added about a tsp of cornstarch to get the sauce to thicken.
