Asian Orange Chicken
YUUMMMM! I made this for a small gathering last evening and it was a hit! I rated this 5 stars for the sheer taste of it all. I was a bit put off by the fact the sauce was not nearly enough for the chicken (maybe it's because I hadn't used it to pour over the chicken as others suggested, idk.) I did not have ginger root on hand therefore I used ground ginger. The sauce is a bit "stinky" while cooking it DON'T LET THAT SCARE YOU. It comes together wonderfully! My only advice is to Double the sauce.

'Day Before Payday' Kielbasa and Corn Hash
Fast, easy, inexpensive dish for all. DO NOT SKIP OUT ON THE EGG! You will be missing out if you do. Will make many times more.
