Marinated Flank Steak
So easy to prepare and very flavorful. It makes a great impression on family and company. I usually serve over mashed potatoes.

Easy Roasted Pork
So simple and so delicious. My husband and children devoured this. I did season the pork loin with salt and pepper before covering with the applesauce mixture

Toad in the Hole III
Very yummy! I added garlic powder to the batter and some chopped onion to the sausage. We used Jimmy Dean breakfast links. My kids loved it and all had seconds.I made it with the onion gravy and served it with a fresh fruit salad.
