About this Cook
I am seventeen year veteran of the Public Safety Feild. I am an EMT Firefighter, Fire Dispatcher and love to take my turn in the Kitchen.
My favorite things to cook
Italian, Chicken Pot Pie, soups & stews, some Asian food, some Mexican, I also like to cook for my wife and sons on my days off. She works as hard as I do taking care of our sons.
My favorite family cooking traditions
When friends and family have birthdays, I like to cook them their favorite dinner, dessert, etc... My wife and I also enjoy cooking a meal together.
My cooking triumphs
Making my first five star dinner for an awards banquet for the Fire Station. I made Baked Haddock w/ Crabmeat Dressing, steamed asparagus, and roasted red potatoes. I also plan on entering some of my recipes at this summers County Fair. I am looking for to adding "Award-winning Cook" to my resume.
My cooking tragedies
Teaching my partner on the rescue squad how to make rice. There were five of us on the duty shift. He made eight cups of rice!

Super Sausage Gravy
This recipe really hits a home run with the guys at the station. I like to start the day off right. A good breakfast sets the tone for a good shift at the firehouse.
