Award Winning Chili Con Carne
Pretty good! I doubled the beans and added mushrooms to it... next time I'll cut out the tobasco and add another tablespoon of chili powder (not that I don't like it - I DO!.. but there's not enough chili flavour in it.) Very hearty and thick - couldn't imagine that it would need thickening.. cause I didn't need it - even after adding all the juice from the tomatos.

Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake
Awesome! I've had this a couple times eating out and loved it every time. finding this recipe I had to try it at home - to be honest, I've never had better! I baked it in a bundt pan and did what a couple reviewers had suggested (I doubled the sauce and didn't add the milk and vanilla until the sugar/butter mixture had reached soft ball stage), I also poked holes in the pudding when it was done and poured 1/2 the sauce all over it and put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes - a heavenly delight!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
I tried this on a family gathering and it worked out very well - it helped that I actually cooked them on a bbq rotisserie. I doubled the spices all except the salt - that would have been tooo much!
