Mexican Rice II
perfect rice!!! instead of using tomato sauce i used el pato spicy tomato sauce! it gives it a kick! everyone loves it especially my mother-in-law!!! :) great recipe!!!

Cilantro Lime Cod
It was very easy to make. Nice yummy flavors. I did what other reviewers suggested by added the cilantro and more lemon juice the last 5 minutes of cooking. Thank you for sharing! :)
