Ground Beef Stroganoff
Very delicious, even my daughters who are somewhat picky liked it though as I'm the only one in my family who likes mushrooms I'll probably leave them out next time. Also I think the recipe could use a little more meat for the amount of sauce so next time I'll use 1 1/2 lbs ground beef. Thanks Linda for a really great easy to make dish that's perfect for busy evenings

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
Well, after reading all the rave reviews this recipe got I was expecting something really special. I was very disappointed. While my guests liked the dish alot, my husband and I thought it was way too bland. Perhaps if I had used a balsamic vinaigrette dressing it would have been tangier. I did bake the fish with all of the glaze on top as another reader suggested thinking the glaze would act as a marinade and the fish would pick up more flavor but it didn't. Two stars are because my guests liked it but I don't think I'll make it again. Sorry.

Chicken Marsala
Very tasty. My husband loves chicken marsala and he thought this was delicious. The sauce was not as thick as I would have liked . Next time I'll add some more flour. I might also try a small amount of sour cream to give the sauce more body.
