Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Easy to make, a little to hot for my kids. Good but not out of the park. I had to thicken as it's quite runny without rice to soak the juices up.

Cajun Style Blackened Snapper

Never was a huge snapper fan but with this spicy blend and the old cast iron on the BBQ I will try again..

Bacon-y Bok Choy

Simple and quick.. I was short on bok choy so added some celery and green onion. tasted great..
