My husband said they were awesome! I don't eat meat so didn't taste them. They looked good though and my husband is a way better cook then me so if he liked them I am impressed. Thanks for sharing!

THis was great! Was looking for something to please my 9 year old when he asked for Chinese. Had everything except the bok choy and subbed celery instead. I loved the peppery taste; that did it for me. Thanks for sharing this one!

Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

Yum! Yum! We loved it! We started with less of the tomatoe sauce but realized we needed more so ended up adding the listed amount. We also did everything on the Weber grill except the pasta. It was yummy and we have leftovers for tomorrow. Thanks for sharing!

Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos

This is very tasty! Very tender meat; great for tacos. I also made this with some pre-soaked dry beans on top; just a 1/2 cup to add more flavor to the tacos when done. Awesome recipe!

Indian Chicken Curry II

I made this for company so made 12 servings and served it with Naan. My only complaint was that it needed a lot more salt than what I had added. Thankfully we could add that at the table. Thanks for the recipe.

Jamie's Minestrone

I have made this the last 3 years the day before Thanksgiving. When you have different family members coming in at all different times and you know they will be hungry, this is a great one to try. It is so good; the flavor is just right and it has a little nip to it. The best thing about this recipe is that it is better the next day and the day after that. I didn't go back to work until the MOnday after Thanksgiving and it was still great then. Thanks for sharing this..it has become a part of my recipe collection.
